Music Event hosting conditions

Event Requirements

  • The number of attendees must exceed 50 people.
  • The organizer must have prior experience hosting events.
  • The event should feature high-quality music or live performances.
    ※We also offer a private rental plan, so please feel free to check it out.

【About the Venue】

  • There is no rental fee for the venue.

【Entrance Revenue】

  • We require event organizers to guarantee a minimum entrance revenue of ¥70,000.
  • You are free to set the entrance fee, and you may include one free drink ticket per guest if you wish.
  • If your entrance revenue exceeds ¥70,000, the excess amount will be returned to you in full.
  • If the entrance revenue does not reach ¥70,000, the organizer is responsible for covering the shortfall.

〈Examples〉

  1. If your entrance revenue is ¥100,000 → After deducting ¥70,000, you will receive ¥30,000 back.
  2. If your entrance revenue is ¥60,000 → You will need to pay us the ¥10,000 difference.

【Drink Sales】
Organizers will receive a cashback according to total drink sales, as follows:

  • Over ¥150,000 → ¥10,000 cashback
  • Over ¥200,000 → ¥20,000 cashback
  • Over ¥250,000 → ¥30,000 cashback
  • Over ¥300,000 → ¥35,000 cashback

【Capacity】

  • Standing format: Up to 40 people at a time
  • Total number of attendees per night: Up to 80 people

【Sound Equipment】

  • 2 x Main Speakers
  • 2 x Subwoofers
  • 2 x CDJs (Pioneer CDJ-2000NXS2)
  • 1 x Mixer (Pioneer DJM-900NXS2)
  • 4 x Live Performance Speakers
  • 4 x Microphones for live performances

【Venue Rental Hours】

  • Between 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM (21:00 - 29:00)
    If you have specific requests regarding time, we are happy to accommodate.
